Returns

We want every piece to fit the way it should and carry the weight it was made to carry. If it does not, you can send it back.

The window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

What we accept

  • Pieces that are unworn, unwashed and still have their original tags attached.
  • Pieces in the condition they arrived in.

Anything that has been worn, washed, or has had its tags removed cannot be returned, unless it arrived defective.

Return postage

You cover the cost of sending a return back to us. If your piece arrived defective, damaged, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and make it right.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com with your order number and the pieces you are returning.
  2. If the piece is defective or damaged, include a photo so we can see what happened.
  3. We reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send a return before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund the price of the returned pieces to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order.

Kits

The Sovereign Kits are returned as a whole kit only. Individual pieces from a kit cannot be returned on their own.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at launch. If you need a different size or color, return the original piece and place a new order.

Defective or damaged pieces

If something arrives defective or damaged, tell us within 14 days of delivery at hello@immigrantsmakeusgreat.com. We will cover the return postage and replace or refund the piece.
